I have a question about vitamins. I been on the Atkins diet since May of last year (and am close to 100 pounds lighter!). I take Centrum's Carb Assist vitamins daily. But, I have been noticing a huge problem with my menstrual cycle. I have terrible cramps, that i never had before going on this diet, and after extensive research it seems I possibly have a vitamin B deficiency. I was hoping to avoid such problems by taking the multivitamins daily, but seems as though they aren't helping in that area.
So my question is, what kind of vitamins/suppliments do you take?
